Hearts and comments in “ครั้งหนึ่ง ณ สุโขทัย” · the numbers on this page are read from the same values the system uses

อ่านกติกาชุมชนเป็นภาษาไทย

This page says how hearts and comments under the photos and clips in “ครั้งหนึ่ง ณ สุโขทัย” work. Every point describes what the system does. The data is kept and looked after by Sukhothai Province. When in doubt, a comment waits for a person to check it: it is never published by itself.

1. Who can give hearts and comment

  • People registered with LINE or Google, and team members or shops an admin has approved — registering with a name only does not allow hearts or comments
  • A comment is shown with the registered name (the display name, or the shop's name) and the time. The owner of a post can answer comments on their own post

2. How to write a comment

  • You type it yourself: 1–200 characters, plain text — a link in a comment cannot be tapped
  • At most 10 comments in 10 minutes and 60 comments a day. The same text on the same post cannot be sent twice in one day
  • You can always delete your own comment. A deleted comment is gone

3. What the system does not accept

The system does not keep or show a comment that contains any of the following. The writer is told only the category (never which word) and can change the text and send it again:

  • swear words and abuse
  • sexual vulgarity
  • slurs against groups of people
  • spam and advertising
  • contact details: links, phone numbers, chat-app ids and e-mail addresses

4. What a person checks first

  • A comment about any of the following is kept, and only its writer can see it (it says “Waiting for an admin to check it”) until an admin publishes or removes it:
    • matters concerning the royal household
    • party and partisan matters
    • words that mock or insult what others believe
    • accusing a shop or a person of wrongdoing
  • Text that passes the system's own first check is sent to OpenAI's automated safety-check service (an AI service) before it is shown — only the text, with no name, no account code and no post. If the service marks it, the comment also waits for an admin to check it
  • If that service does not answer, or takes too long, the comment is shown on the system's own first check alone, and the system counts how often this happens so the admins can see it

5. Reporting a comment

  • Every comment that is shown has a “Report” button with three reasons: abuse or harassment · spam or advertising · something else
  • Each person can report a comment once, and up to 5 reports a day. People who are not registered can report too (the system tells them apart by a code computed one way from the network address, and does not keep the address)
  • Every report goes to the admins' queue. When 3 different people have reported a comment, it is hidden at once (in its place: “Hidden while an admin checks it”) until an admin decides. With fewer reports it stays visible

6. What an admin can decide

  • Publish or keep (the reports are cleared) · remove (in its place: “This comment was removed by an admin”, and the text is erased from the system) · remove and block the account (the account's other comments and hearts are no longer shown or counted)
  • Every decision is in the system's moderation log, which does not hold the text of a comment

7. Who can switch comments off or on

  • The owner of a post can switch comments off or on for their own post. An admin can do it for any post, and can switch comments off for the whole site
  • While they are off, no comments are shown and there is no button. The earlier comments are kept and come back when they are switched on again. If an admin switched them off, the owner cannot switch them back on
  • Posts about ceremonies and royal ceremonies have no hearts and no comments
